Teaching is an art and I have realized in my career that passion, selflessness, student-centeredness and the art of communication are more critical for you to succeed than your knowledge base. The retail store located in Fulton, Illinois is open 7 days a week. In June of 2004, our new processing facility was opened, located in Thomson, Illinois. The new facility has opened us up to an additional 30,000 sq. ft. of production. In addition, we have collection facilities in Southeastern Iowa and Kentucky. We own and operate a fleet of trucks. This allows us to control our freight cost as well, allowing for the freshest possible product at a fair market value.
